(1) The province may establish a provincial gender violence prevention fund in accordance with the provincial law to reduce gender-based violence.
(2) Regarding the amount in the fund as per sub-rule (1). The province shall use rule 5 only for the work as per sub-rule (1).
(3) The use, operation and management of the fund as per sub-rule (1) shall be in accordance with the law of the province.
